It's A Tasty Wednesday

If you've ever purchased frozen cookie dough as a fundraiser (or otherwise) and wanted to do something a little different, I've got an idea for you!

Thanks to the Choir for selling cookie dough again this year (I guess), we have a few tubs in the freezer. I used the peanut butter cookies for this recipe, but any will work.

First, take the frozen dough out and place one in a full-size muffin tin cup. Put them in the oven for about 4 minutes, remove and press each cookie with an ice cream scoop. Return to the oven and finish baking as per the frozen dough instructions.

They'll look like this when they're finished, you can press them in again while they're hot.

Now, put some chocolate chips (any flavor) while hot and once they melt, swirl them a bit with the back of a spoon. Let cool.

Eat approximately half of the dozen with a cup of coffee, tea or milk. Yum! Make another batch so the family doesn't think you ate six all by yourself.

These re crispy on the outside, chewy inside and delicious. And I didn't actually eat six, that would have made me sick, but I did enjoy a couple.

Happy Wednesday!
