It's a Love Thing with Graphic 45

I looove the Midnight Masquerade collection from Graphic 45 and made this from those papers. I fussy cut the little figures from the pocket cards and adhered them to a wooden star that I covered with rainbow foil.

The wooden star was already covered in adhesive, so I peeled off the protective paper and just lay the foil on top and burnished it. Then I used a different color of foil and kept going until it was covered. I used a lot of pieces that had already been used but still had foil bits on it.

It was a pretty quick process...the only tricky part was choosing which figures to use. I adore the purple and teals in this collection. I popped up the flowers and figures with foam dots.

Easy and so pretty! You know I like the shimmer of the rainbow foil, even though it's not glitter, it's still shiny.

I'm entering this on the G45 facebook page for a chance to win. All you have to do is create a love-themed project with any G45 products. I think these lovebirds qualify.

Happy Friday!

  1. That rainbow foil makes a wonderful backdrop for your bright, fantastic images! The banner fits so well with the size of the star too, how cool is that!
