Love You, Mom, All Year Round!

I made this Mother's Day card for consideration by Papercrafts for their handwritten submission call. It didn't get chosen, but I really like how it turned out. So, even though Mother's Day is ridiculously far away, here's the mom's day card I made.

 

If you want to try this technique, simply pencil in some curved lines on your card and then fill the lines from top to bottom with letters. I added some hearts, roses and a house and then I used the die cut hearts (from Lawn Fawn) and adhered them with the twine in between. I stickled the heart hanger, but you can't tell here. I love my Xmas Red Stickles!

Oh, and my mom...I love my mom too!
