Happy Lasagna Day!

How great is this day? I'm all about celebrating the important holidays, so I may have to make a lasagna today, in order to fully celebrate. Check out this link for one of my favorite lasagna recipes. You don't cook the noodles and you assemble it the night before so all you do is pop it in the oven when guests come over. It even says "lazy" right in the recipe, so that makes it a favorite of mine already.

Here's a bookmark I made for a birthday using vellum and alcohol inks. I dabbed the ink on the vellum and let it dry, then added copper embossing powder to this fun cupcake stamp. 

I fussy cut the cupcakes and then adhered to patterned cardstock circles. I embossed the pink cardstock with the Happy Birthday embossing folder from Cuttlebug. I added some Diamond Stickles hearts and some braided twine stuff. Voila! Birthday bookmark!
