Watch It Wednesday

No, I'm not threatening Wednesday...that would be "Watch it, Wednesday!" I'm just putting some cool links up for you to check out and then maybe you can try out some new techniques. One of the best things about the internet is learning a variety of crafts...well, that and porn. Kidding! Just checking to see if you're awake.

First off, check out this link to the Crafts 'n Things newsletter, where I have a bookmark tutorial featured! Yay! I love being published, and I think this mag/online newsletter has great and easy crafts. So I feel lucky to be a part of this quality publication.

If you like the splotchy look aka paint splashes, here's a link to Jennifer McGuire's video tutorial on the Hero Arts blog. Love the card, love Jennifer's work, love Hero Arts.

Here's a gorgeous wreath made with felt—couldn't be easier, although I'm sure you need some time. The tut is in pictures.

Here's a great tutorial (pictures) on using TomBow markers (from The Daily Marker) for a watercolor background. I love Kathy's work—she is a total Queen of Ink imo! This is an older tutorial, but it's cool and I'm planning to try it out soon.

If you missed this video tut from Julie Ebersole on Distress Paint Daubers, take a look! I need some of these paints—I have some of the ink pads and the stains, but the paints look so fun too!

Happy Wednesday! Hope you're making something cool today!
