Fridays Rock

I'm not sure why, but I'm especially happy to see Friday this week...not like it was especially busy or anything but inside I'm all Kermit arms flailing and saying "YAAAAYYYYYYY!!!"

Hope you're having a good Friday too! Here's a little hello card I made with the beautiful Hero Arts stamp called Antique Gratitude that I got from the a2z Scrapbooking Supplies store. I love this blossom.

I stamped it in Pumice Stone (distress ink) around the edge and then stamped it in Staz-on black ink on acetate. Then I dripped Ranger alcohol inks on the back of the acetate and trimmed with my new Lawn Fawn stitched rectangles. Love! I used regular dot tape runner to affix the acetate in strategic (can't see) places. Then I added ribbon, a wooden hello and some pearls.

In this pic, you can see that it's a piece of acetate (stamp packaging in this case).

And here's a little close-up view of the corner. I think it turned out artsy and vibrant and it works for me!

If you're interested in this stamp or other scrapbook/card goodies, you can stop by the a2z shop and use my extra-secret code to get 15% of your order of $25 or more—type in CHARK15—for the dt discount. YAAAAYYYY!!!

Happy Friday,
Chark
